If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, that would be better. I bought an oscilloscope from them which arrived with a broken LCD. Since then, for more than two weeks, I’ve been trying to convince them that the device is defective and that I want a full refund or a replacement. In the end, their response is either to offer me €15 to keep the item or to wait until they can reach a solution with the supplier!! Meanwhile, 17 days have already passed since my purchase, and I reported the defect immediately upon receiving the product.
