Great customer service experience. This was my first time ordering from Klaiyi and I didn’t realize the wig I purchased came with pre-made baby hairs. I loved the quality and texture of the hair, but I personally don’t prefer baby hairs. So I reached out to ask if the same wig was available without them. Customer service responded quickly and explained that this specific wig only comes with baby hairs. However, they offered me the option to return it. I decided to keep the wig, and they still offered me a $20 refund for the inconvenience. I really appreciated their quick response and willingness to help.
