Very risky purchase and they can do anything they want!!
I have purchased a ticket for Brazil Samba festival 2026 in viagogo and decided to resell it with viagogo as my plan was changed. I received the ticket and found no way to resell my ticket. I used the app to download the tickets and followed every steps but nothing works. They suggested me to return the ticket to the seller. Viagogos customer service officer stated that they will communicate with my original seller and my buyer. I don't need to worry about anything. My buyer messaged me and claimed that they didn't receive my ticket. Finally, viagogo decided to charged me the ticket price I sold and completely just erased my case. I legally resell the tickets via the platform and they literally just took my revenue from it, even though I followed all the steps they suggested. GUY, AVOID THIS COMPANY PLEASE !!!!!!!!
