Waste of Money
I booked a return airport transfer for my first visit to Manzanillo. They said they would wait for me up to one hour after my airplane landed. It was taking a very long time to get through customs, so I messaged their customer service to let them know that I would need them to wait longer. There was no one waiting for me when I got out of the airport. I called customer service, waited on hold, got cut off, waited on hold, and finally they provided a non-English speaking taxi for me, even though their website says they offer bilingual service. I requested a refund for the remaining half of my prepaid transportation. After many messages, emails, and phone calls, a month later I got less than half of my money back. I paid approximately $116 CAD for a ride that would have cost less than $40 CAD with Uber. Incredibly frustrating start to my trip to Manzanillo. Do not recommend.
