Very disappointed with vivo again. I previously used the vivo V29 5G and faced issues with that device as well. Despite that experience, I decided to give vivo another chance and purchased the vivo V60. Unfortunately, I’m now regretting that decision. My V60 is still under warranty, but the colour/finish on the side frame has already started fading and peeling off gradually with normal use. The phone has been used carefully, so seeing the finish deteriorate like this is extremely disappointing, especially for a device in this price range. After my previous experience with the V29 5G, I expected vivo to have improved its quality and durability. Instead, I’m facing another issue and honestly regret purchasing vivo again. I hope vivo Pakistan takes this matter seriously and provides a proper warranty solution rather than simply considering it normal wear and tear. This has seriously affected my confidence in vivo's build quality and durability.
