THEY are a SCAM
Only rated 1 star cause no stars were not an option. terrible that these people scam you out of your money then offer you a flight 20 days later. IF i needed to fliy in 20 days I would have bought a ticket for that day. They are nothing but a scam. Their "upgrade fee" was MORE than the ticket price from Southwest directly. Then they said I should have known it was a scam when i saw the price. The disclaimer about historical data means you can only fly when they say you can not when you are scheduled for this company sucks and should be shut down.
