Thank you for your response. My order number is BS492887 and the email address on the order is attached to the person that purchased the bracelet for me as a Christmas gift.... I received a beautiful jade bracelet as a gift for Christmas. I'm very excited about wearing it, unfortunately the bracelet is too small. I have been trying to exchange the bracelet for the size needed , I am not having the best success. I have had numerous communication about how to return/ exchange/ where to send the $35 shipping fee per instructed in the emails, yet I have not received an address or link. I must say emails have been prompt in response yet not receiving the info I believe is needed to move forward with the exchange. I would love to be able to enjoy your beautiful jewelry and share it with the world as well share where it is they can purchase their very own beautiful piece. I'm hoping to be able to enjoy my jade bracelet in the near future.
