Scam
After a confusing signup process, €75 was charged to my account, even though I had only activated a free trial via Apple and canceled it before renewal. The company repeatedly claims subscriptions can exist on multiple platforms (Apple, Google, website), but this is often used to block refunds. They start with no refund, then gradually offer more: €45 → €50 → eventually €60, even though this practice violates European consumer law. It took me 15 emails, threatening a fraud alert, and disputing the charge with my bank before I finally received €60 back. Tip: persist, document everything, escalate with fraud alerts and bank disputes, and do not accept a partial refund.
