Exhausting, deeply frustrating and extremely unprofessional. Avoid
I engaged Visas Avenue for Australian immigration services, paying approximately ₹80,000. After over a year, my experience has been marked by months of communication gaps, frequent case manager changes (three different managers), zero follow-ups, and broken commitments. Every time I escalated, I was promised better service and every time, the same pattern repeated. When it was time to collect payment, I received daily calls. When it came to delivering the service I paid for complete silence until I escalated. I work abroad and chose Visas Avenue hoping they would be a reliable partner for this important journey. Instead, this experience has caused me immense stress, frustration, and emotional exhaustion. I would not recommend Visas Avenue to anyone.
