I’ve been going to Brakes Plus on Leetsdale in Glendale for 20 years, and they’ve consistently been one of the most trustworthy and reliable shops I’ve worked with. Every time I come in, they’re upfront about what’s going on with my car and never try to upsell anything unnecessary. They take the time to explain things clearly, which I really appreciate. On my most recent visit, they truly went above and beyond with their customer service. Not only did they take care of everything quickly and efficiently, but they also helped me out with a discount, which meant a lot. It’s hard to find a shop you can genuinely trust, and this team has earned that over and over again. Fast, honest, and great people—highly recommend. Brian B
