Vibha was my agent. What a special agent and what a spectacular agent. I was traveling last minute due to my mom’s illness. Vibha was compassionate and helpful. She heard all my concerns and booked my tickets. She followed up to make sure I was very happy with my flights and when Lufthansa cancelled my return flight due to pilots strike she was on the phone with me , got my refunds in a timely manner and got me new reservations. I had asked her to keep an eye out for an earlier flight. Imagine my surprise and delight that this young lady that didn’t know me understood my anxiety about getting back home and actually called me back the next day to get me home two days earlier.
