Great product but has yet to honor the best price guarantee
Great product! I am giving the lower rating for the lack of communication and for not honoring the price guarantee. Purchased two batteries and a few days later there was a sale. I called to inquire about a price match, person I spoke to forwarded it on and said I would be notified. Never got a reply.
