Japan trip
Joe was very helpful and supportive thru the whole trip. We did have some glitches and some questionable scheduling but overall we were satisfied. The company needs to find a better way to get refunds to their customers as we waited 6 months and a lot of back and forth before we got our agreed upon refund.
