Swellpro customer service is #1 in the drone industry and this is why. I have dealt with more then 10 companies, such as Autel, Dji, Holystone, and Skydio over the past 6yrs and Swellpro is king #1. From mid Sep. 2025 until just a few days ago (as a second owner of an SD4 a discontinued product) their support covers everything from the incredible technical support, which literally spans from China to US. Individual's that go out of their way to ensure that the customer is satisfied with their purchase and that their product is working 100%. They take real pride in their products and it shows. From personal sometimes hour long technical support to part replacement, they stand alone. not even Dji (they offer good replacement service) and Autel you get no service and no replacements is nothing like the time and care that Swellpro offers. Individuals like Laura in China and RJ here in the US and all of their employee's as well as their pride in their product that make Swellpro #1 in the drone industry for customer support. On a side note, I wrote this on my own because of my many personal experiences with Swellpro as well as several other drone companies over a 6+ yr period of time.
