My experience was made great because i loved the gift but it was the wrong size. However the problem was immediately resolved.
My experience was made great because I was buying a meaningful gift for my son. His wrist is small and I got in touch with customer service to see if I could return it for a smaller size. The company got back to me immediately and helped me resolve my problem. I will be purchasing more gifts. Thank you Saundra
