Scammers. 2 months later, still no dress. Unwilling to refund.
I ordered a dress on 19 January. It is now 20 March and it still has not been received. I have made repeated requests for the past 2 weeks (5 separate emails) to be refunded for this product as it has still not been sent. They have responded to each email offering increasing discounts on my next purchase (10%, 20%, 50%) and despite me repeatedly declining and asking for a refund they have NOW sent the product and saying because it’s in transit I can’t be refunded. 2 weeks ago when I asked for the refund it hadn’t been sent. Notably, it has still not arrived. Unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs. Scammers.
