Ignores own returns policy
Ignores own returns policy I checked the returns policy before ordering as I was unsure of the sizing. When I emailed asking to exchange for a smaller size they replied immediately and I was told that after reviewing my request they can only offer for me to send the T-shirt back at my expense and they will "only" charge me 50% of a new T-shirt in a smaller size. It does not state this in the returns policy. Terrible customer service. Avoid at all costs. Never again. Update!!! Notice the reply accepts my frustration & the unclear returns information. However, it’s just words. They have not offered to exchange the shirt or reach an acceptable resolution. They are an awful company, do not spend your money with them. There are lots of reputable companies out there. These people are not one of them.
