Once I moved to another job and no longer needed the subscription, I sent a message from my account to support and requested to downgrade to the free version. Literally within minutes I received confirmation that my request had been taken care of. No harassment or requirement to converse over the phone first. No marketing hassles or time-consuming objections. Simply respect for my decision and immediate action on my behalf. This is a breath of fresh air!
