It seems it takes a review to get their attention. We've been asking for them to communicate with us for weeks and begging multiple customer service Representatives or answers. Now that they've seen my review they're offering to talk to us keep that in mind We chose Bluevine as a bank for our new business. I'm in Washington and the work is done in Alaska so we needed something online and we saw good reviews, biggest mistake of our life after making a handful of ACH transfers they put our account on hold with no reason, told us it was routine and promised us access to our money in three business days that's already unacceptable considering we're a new company and we need access to our money or at least an explanation and we received neither. They closed our account without any notice or reason and said they were going to send us a check. A check that never came. We called today and spoke to somebody that says they were going to reissue another check which we think is a bald-faced light at this point, then I received a voicemail from somebody at the company saying they like to discuss my account with them I called back had to hang up till I could get to a better spot service wise and tried calling again and all the sudden I'm being recording that says they cannot take my call at this time, when I call from my daughter's phone it works just fine so it would seem like they blocked my number. They kept $39,000 from us and they won't return our phone calls or answer any questions. On June 12th when this started the lady I talked to told me that she was going to call me back with information because it was on a weekend and she understood my frustration and she said they weren't asking for anything to be verified so it was really unusual that my account was locked. She never called me back when I called on Monday I was given the same run around when my husband was talking to them on the phone the 16th they close the account without any update to us. It's really messed up about this is the second they closed the account we lost access to the app at all are signing information never worked it's like they erased us completely. It's hard enough starting a new business without a company stealing almost $40,000 from you with no explanation. It makes me sick to my stomach. I hate having to even mention this but I'm going to everyone I spoke to on the phone had such thick accent so it's very difficult to understand them.
