I had a very disappointing experience with VidMuse AI. Customer support is essentially non-existent. I reached out multiple times regarding issues with the platform and never received a response. For a paid service, especially one that encourages upfront annual subscriptions, this lack of support is unacceptable. The credit system is also extremely frustrating and lacks transparency. Credits are consumed quickly, even when the AI makes mistakes. In my case, the generated video included random foreign characters that I did not request, and I was expected to spend additional credits just to fix an error caused by their system. Credits were not refunded for these issues. I paid for a full year in advance to save money, but after these problems, I requested a refund and have still received no response. Overall, the platform feels unreliable, and the lack of accountability makes it difficult to recommend. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution before committing financially.
