Charged me for a subscription I didn't sign up for & lowballed me
I have no idea how they got by debit card information, but I was charged $50 for no reason without my knowledge. Looking back, they sent one cryptic email that mentioned the trial at the end. I would not have engaged with this sketchy company if I'd known they'd take my money like this. Especially deceptive for them to charge quarterly for an allegedly "$15/mo" service. EDIT: They did refund my money, only after trying to low-ball me with a 50% refund.
