They just took my money and ghosted me
After nine days of having my money, with no resolution in site. I have not gotten any update on if I would receive my medication or a refund. I have not gotten a call back, and was left on read by an agent that was trying to help me online after they got my name, date of birth and email. I am not hopeful that there will ever be a resolution as I have tried every method of contact in the past week. It has scam written all over it.
