I have purchased now three wigs
I have purchased now three wigs. The first one my salon ordered for me through Coal Creek Salon is was good. The second wig I ordered myself the Willow upon washing one side fell off half down the wig. I sent several emails have spoken with several and keep getting the run around. The wig is obviously defective. I washed the first wig and it is still fine. I used Johnson's Baby Shampoo as discussed in all my emails. I even included pictures of the problem. It is clear you have not intention of making this right. You are operating I guess in several countries. You are not a reputable company or you would have handled the situation more professional. I will be seeking any and all resources to force you if possible to make good on my purchase . I received the Jada two days ago that I ordered it is not very good quality and the color is not the brown that I ordered the first time through my salon it is darker but you color code is the same. I will not be sending it back because your customer service is so bad you will probably try to not refund me. I am so discussed with your company. Perhaps truning this over to a legal entity is the way I need to proceed
