Very poor support experience
Very poor support experience. Responses felt scripted and unhelpful, and the issue was never properly addressed. It seems like they focus more on procedures than actually helping customers. Disappointing customer service. Instead of taking responsibility and solving the issue, they kept requesting additional details that didn’t seem relevant. Not a good experience overall.
