They REALLY made EVERYTHING right! The initial product was purchased CBS deals and steals. Unfortunately it had a part malfunction so I contacted Customer Service at HairMax. Andrea was very thorough and offered options for my product repair and/or replacement. Today she called to confirm a new, identical replacement is being shipped. EXCELLENT customer service!
