They contacted me with updated time of arrival as that ran into traffic. They were pleasant, not in a rush and thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the move and storage plans. They wrapped each item thoroughly. They didn’t touch my newly painted, newly sanded walls and moldings despite moving large items in tight spaces. They got everything right. They were amazing. The price was very fair. It was seamless. I highly recommend Flat Rate Moving. Karen M.
