Where and who are Ninja Van??
My item cleared customs in Manila Philippines on 11-Mar-2026. Package arrived at Ninja Van carrier facility 15-Mar-2026. Ninja Van then proceeded to document fake delivery notifications from the 15-Mar-2026 until the 23-Mar-2026. I checked global package tracking on the web site “Parcels” & noted that my package with Ninja Van was being returned to sender 23-Mar-2026. Stating that the package was being returned due to many delivery attempts. Zero delivery attempts had been made. Zero cell phone communication from Ninja Van. No notification from Ninja Van that my package was being returned. Emails from Ninja Van “We received your message and will be reviewing your concerns” thats as much help as you get. I cant find any information locally in Pampanga where Ninja Van depots are??
