Poor quality and terrible after sale service!
I bought Niu QI2 pro scoot and it was broken just after one month usage. The most terrible thing is their service center. I spent one week to create a ticket(there are lot of errors on their after sale page, and I can't use correct because I'm not in Germany). There were two options: 1, they sent spare part to me and I repair it by myself. 2, I sent the scoot to their service center in Spain. I chose option 1 because I think it would be quickly handled. But I was wrong. there was no update at all within 15 days. I contact service center and they just asked me to be patient. I hope I could get the spare part within another 15 days. And I really hope that I checked the comments of Niu so I would NOT buy any Niu's product anymore. Poor quality and terrible service! The service ticket number is: ECC260309000002. You could check it.
