Excellent customer support!
Excellent customer support! I had an issue connecting to the Miami VPN server on Ubuntu, and Tom from support patiently worked with me step by step until we finally solved the problem and successfully connected to the VPN again. He stayed in the chat the whole time, carefully checked every issue, explained everything clearly, and never rushed the process. The support experience was genuinely outstanding. Big thanks to TOM for the professionalism and patience — really appreciate the help!
