No longer providing good customer service
My experience has not been good on a couple of occasions now. It used to be great but not anymore. I made an appointment for an oils change for both of my vehicles. As I work full time, I took off to have this work done. I showed up in time for my appointment. They said it would take an hour maybe an hour and a half at the most. I waited and waited and got no update. I finally went in and they hadn’t even started on my car after 2 1/2 hours this messed up my entire day and the schedule that I put together. This is the second time that this has happened to me and I find it extremely irritating that I make an appointment yet they people who walk in get put in before me. There is no explanation other than I’m sorry. Well this business has lost my business and I’m taking my business elsewhere going forward. I’m not sure what the point of making an appointment is when they take people who come in at who don’t have one before you. On
