I ordered with a coupon code that showed valid right up to the point before submitting the order. It reflected a lower price (including the coupon), however, when I hit Pay the coupon went away and I was charged for the full amount. I immediately called the company and was told they would forward to another department. I requested either they honor the code or cancel the order. Mind you, this was within their 4 hour cancellation policy. I never received a cancellation email and they charged me in full.
