I was taken. I consider myself a savvy buyer, not this time. The pans are OK at best. If you bought pans with lids I strongly suggest you dispose of the lids. I was simmering dinner at a low heat when the lid shattered throwing glass shards throughout the kitchen and the dinner was ruined. On May 29th I contacted support and after 18 emails I just received a $26.09 credit. How they figure that makes up for not being able to use that pan for certain dishes because they would not send a replacement lid I don’t know. Doesn’t matter, I disposed of the pans.
