Rude staff who hung up
Website took 5 mins to load each page, then credit card wouldn't go through. Had to ring up. The woman tried to make me download the app or book through a travel agent. I asked her to do it and she argued for 2 mins. Then she tried to rebook it and it was 40 pounds more than on the website. She claimed there are 3 different systems and she couldn't get the same price. I had a booking reference number showing the lower price. She refused to connect me to a supervisor and then hung up on me.
