⚠️ WARNING: Think twice before buying an AMYET ebike ⚠️
I bought the AMYET G60 as a Christmas gift for my son, and the motor turned out to be defective. AMYET acknowledged the problem and promised to send a replacement part — that was 2 MONTHS ago. My son has barely been able to ride his Christmas gift. Every follow-up brings a new excuse. When I asked them to replace the bike under their own 1-year warranty (since they can't even supply the motor), they offered me a small partial refund and said it's "outside the exchange period." The warranty says they will REPAIR OR REPLACE defective products. They have done neither. Don't let this happen to your family. I'm now filing a credit card dispute and a complaint with the FTC. Sharing this so no other parent ends up in the same situation.
