Flashforge has demonstrated a concerning lack of reliability in meeting its stated shipping timeframes. The company’s website advertises that printers are dispatched within two weeks; however, this representation does not reflect my experience. At the time of writing, five weeks have elapsed since my order—more than double the advertised timeframe—and I have been advised that the printer has yet to leave the factory. This delay, coupled with the absence of proactive communication or clear updates, raises concerns regarding both transparency and customer service standards. Given the discrepancy between advertised and actual delivery timelines, Flashforge should consider revising its shipping estimates to more accurately reflect fulfilment realities. Until such improvements are made, prospective purchasers should exercise caution. In my view, alternative brands may offer more reliable service, particularly for customers who are not prepared to have AU$1,399 tied up for an extended and uncertain period.
