I had worst experience literally pathetic.! They have 14 days refund policy which should generally start from the date of cancellation but their staff was trying to convince me that after 14days of cancellation you have yo wait for another 14 days. Somethings that I experienced I mentioned below 1- Their staff is not friendly and they have lack of knowledge about their work. 2- They will try their best to make you fool and they are rude. 3- Responses time is very late after various calls you’ll get answered 4- They are totally dependent on airline for refunds which is not good.
