Quality tripod and quality customer service
After searching for a travel tripod that was light, designed well, and inexpensive, the Ulanzi Zero F38 almost seemed too good to be true. I ordered right from the site and had it shipped to me in Canada and it was substantially cheaper than getting the same one elsewhere. It arrived surprisingly quick and I was beyond impressed with the quality. After a couple of weeks of hard use (I can be brutal with my gear) the panning function of the ballhead seized. I contacted Ulanzi customer service and they were unbelievably helpful. Not only were they quick to offer a replacement ballhead, they were interested in how it malfunctioned. (One can assume it’s for quality control moving forward so they can prevent it from occurring again). They were polite and quick with responses.
