uShip Experience Has Predominently Been Good With Some Bad
uShip is a middleman, that connects people who need something shipped with drivers who look for loads in their area. I have used them multiple times. Several times their shippers have left me hanging, not showing up or even using a truck being transported to haul other loads for other uShip customers. However, most of the time and most recently the shipper performed exactly as promised and exactly as expected. I would use them again, and probably will, as other trucking companies have let me down several times too. With uShip you can communicate with the driver, see their feedback and their cancellations, even ask to see their insurance to know your load is covered.
