I am writing about my experience with Mia from the customer service team. I purchased two dresses and was not satisfied with the sizing and quality. I reached out to customer service to request a refund and received a response from Mia. She gave me two options for the return request. Neither option was what I was hoping for so we went back and forth and Mia came up with a solution that I was satisfied with. She was very prompt, friendly and professional and great to work with. She was extremely efficient and helpful. I would like to note that I was very satisfied with the outcome due to working with Mia. I did not like that the company did not offer a full refund and I recommend that a full refund policy similar to other online companies should be put in place.
