Returned calls or speaking with an agent not a chat bot. I have called and explained that being able to reach out to clients makes scheduling hard. If I could reach out then no more missed appointments and clients don' t need to wait for someone to not show up. Chat bot tells me I "cant log in and get work. Due to being removed from the platform." I do log in and get work not removed. Chat bot and services to the handyman are non existent and when you do speak to some one it is horrible. They don't listen to anything you say. Poor platform on both sides. Chat AI isn't working for this. Neither does the phone call you gave me same issue.
