Support actually resolved my issue with an OTA update
I had an issue after a software update where the battery current was no longer displayed correctly in apps like AccuBattery. I contacted Ulefone support and they actually took the time to investigate the problem. After some communication, they released an OTA update that fixed the issue. Now everything works as expected. I really appreciate the fact that they listened and provided a real solution, not just a generic response. Overall, a good experience with their support team.
