I wish I was one of the lucky ones
Preordered and was very excited with the reviews and pre-availability reviews... but this thing does not work for me. I am part of maybe 10% of the owner/buyers out there but my $1K means A LOT to me... It was broken on day one and now 3 weeks later it is still not working right. I have tried everything the tech folks told me to (when they can be bothered to respond) and it still fails to print as advertised. I finally got tired of dealing with the printer, and even more so the tech support (terrible service) and asked for my money back to which they declined. Now I am going through my bank to file a dispute since the vendor and manufacturer will not support their product...
