Extremely disappointing experience
Extremely disappointing experience with TPT. I passed the evaluation over 40 days ago and I'm still waiting for my live accounts to be activated — I have 5 accounts pending and not a single one has been set up yet. Customer support is almost impossible to reach. I've sent multiple messages and tickets, and I rarely get a reply at all; when I do, it's vague and doesn't actually address the issue or give any real timeline. For a company handling live trading accounts, this level of delay and lack of communication is simply not acceptable. Passing the challenge clearly does not mean you'll actually get a working account — after 40+ days I still have nothing to show for it. At this point I cannot recommend TPT until they actually deliver on activating accounts and start responding to support requests properly.
