Buyer Beware
Ordered a dress for an event. It arrived after the event—completely useless. Tried to cancel—ignored. Offered partial refunds—declined. Finally promised a 75% refund and said I could keep the dress… then never paid it. No real customer service. No way to escalate. Just scripted responses and broken promises.
