Vince was awesome
Vince was awesome! He was patient, understanding and very knowledgeable. He talked me down off the ledge. Explained the possible reasons for what was happening. He then went through, step by step, possible solutions. He basically calmed me down, told me what the problems were and how to correct my problems. I can’t thank him enough! John Rimmer
