I was concerned that it took so long for my ticket to be issued, then when I received notice that you could not issue me my ticket, I felt my heart drop. This rail travel from Edinburgh to Inverness was critical to the following 2 weeks of my Scotland tour. Because you had alternatives available, perhaps the email subject could be 'We have reviewed your ticket', so I knew that the change was not terminal.
