All you need to know…
Codie and her team truly know what they’re doing. From creative direction to high-level strategy, from big-picture thinking to the fine-tuned details, they are operating on a level that blends cutting edge CRM systems, AI innovation, and what most people overlook… the money. The metrics. The real business backbone. Over the course of her 3-day workshop, every single team member showed up with excellence and intention. The experience was not only educational, it was activating, inspiring. One person who left a lasting impression on me was Adrian! A beautifully eager, sharp, and driven young entrepreneur who embodies the future of this space. Being based in Austin, it meant a lot to connect both personally and professionally with members of her team. There’s something powerful about being in proximity to people who are building, thinking, and executing at that level. Grateful for the room I stepped into and even more excited for the ones I’m building and creating with deep intention and purpose.
