A gentleman name Alex Johnson spoke to me across the phone from 1st contact all the way through my entire purchase. He was very professional and courteous throughout each phone call. A few times I got confused with the #s etc and Alex easily maintained a respectful manner and easy to speak with. He definitely made my experience with Tagore easy..swift..Good
