I accidentally wrote the wrong…
I accidentally wrote the wrong character name for the recipient and they sent me an email to change it. I've changed it to Beachbum Cindy 3 times so far, it's been hours and I can't get a response from anyone and no gil yet. I've contacted live chat, won't answer, emailed SSE 4 times so far, won't answer, trying to cancel now and it won't let me. I've been with SSEGOLD for a lot of years and never had problems before now but this is too much.
