Delivery missing key items (Update: FA fixed the issue)
Just received the product. The main box was open and material was missing, including the main component of the bench. These people don't have a phone number... only email. Cs is non responsive. Update: I changed my review from one star to four. FA replied to my complaint and quickly addressed the issue. The equipment assembled nicely and there were no missing parts (after the last box arrived.) It feels sturdy and I can’t wait to try it out. I would’ve giving it 5 stars were it not for the shipment hiccup. Thank you for being responsive.
